Founded in 1996, Sunset West Investigations has been providing outstanding insurance investigations at cost effective prices, and is becoming a leader in conducting surveillance in the Southern California area. Scott Stys has worked for many state and nationwide PI firms and insurance companies, and understands the need for hands on case management and proper equipment. He immediately realized that most investigation firms did not provide a fair price or quality case management. Sunset West Investigations provides both.

Scott Stys is a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators and the National Council of Investigation and Security Specialists . He served as CALI Orange District Governor 1998-99. He has served on the CALI Board of Directors since 2002 and is finishing his second year as Vice President of Security Services
